Steamed Turbot

Remove the internal organs of the turbot, clean it, cut a few knives on the back, marinate for half an hour with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce.

Put ginger and green onion on the surface, bring to a boil, add the turbot and steam for 8 minutes

Heat the pot, pour the corn oil into the steamed fish juice, mix well

Just pour onto the surface of the turbot.
