Steamed Turbot

Prepare ingredients. The fish was killed by the seller. After returning, wipe the salt, cooking wine, and ginger for 15 minutes.

Chop the ginger and green onions, and bring the steamer to boil until the water boils.

The turbot is steamed in the basket for 7 minutes, and then sprinkled with soy sauce (the fish is cooked when the eyes are white)

After the vegetable oil is 80% hot in the hot pan, sprinkle the green onions on the fish, pour the oil on the green onions and ginger, and then cover the lid and steam for another two minutes.

Tips:
1. The oily fish in the middle will be more tender, and the fragrance of green onions will come out.
2. Although the turbot has only big spines, you should pay attention to the spines when you feed it to children.
