Steamed Turbot

Remove the internal organs of the turbot, rinse and set aside. Cut green onion into sections, shred ginger and set aside

Put a long piece of scallion under the fish, leaving a little space between the pot and the fish, so that the fish will cook quickly. Sprinkle some salt on the fish, rice wine, green onion, ginger and chili (color)

Steam for 10 minutes after boiling

Remove the green onion and ginger when steaming the fish, put the green onion in again, and pour the hot oil on the green onion. The simple and delicious turbot is freshly baked!
