Steamed White Mushroom with Minced Meat

Wash the white jade mushroom.

Bring the water to a boil, and pass the white jade mushroom over the water once.

Boiled white jade mushrooms are served on a plate.

Lean meat. minced. Add soy sauce. Salted.

Add oil to the pot. Add ginger and garlic. And hot sauce. (This is a specialty of my hometown) No other sweet noodle sauce can be added.

Add minced meat and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the fried minced meat on the white jade mushroom. Then put it in a steamer and steam for ten minutes.

When it's done, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
