Steamed Winter Melon

Peel the winter melon and cut into small cubes. As for the steamer, steam for about 20 minutes.

The shiitake mushrooms are foamed well in advance and cut into small cubes; the pork meat is cut into cubes; the ginger, green onions, and garlic are minced.

The steamed winter melon is placed on a plate.

Bring the wok to the heat, add a little oil, add ginger, garlic and mushrooms when the oil is hot and stir fry until fragrant.

Tips:
Don't pour the water of the foaming shiitake mushrooms, as it has a good fragrance-lifting effect.
