Steamed Winter Melon with Cured Drumsticks

1. The cured chicken legs are soaked for more than three hours in advance, and the bones are removed. The strong taste can shorten the soaking time.

2. Peel the wax gourd, wash, and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.

3. Place the winter melon neatly in a deep dish.

4. Wash the cured chicken legs and cut into pieces.

5. Put the cured chicken drumstick on the winter melon, and put a few slices of ginger.

6. Pour cold water into the pot and steam for 15 minutes after boiling.

7. Remove the ginger slices out of the pot and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
