1. Prepare simple materials

2. Chop chili, garlic, and coriander, and beat the eggs into liquid

3. Add an appropriate amount of cold water to the egg liquid and beat until evenly

4. Strain the beaten egg liquid with a sieve

5. Take a container and pour the filtered egg liquid
