Steamed Wuchang Fish with Lam Kok

1. Remove the scales and rinse the fish and serve on a plate.

2. Put the olive corners, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and monosodium glutamate, steam for 6 minutes after boiling, sprinkle with chopped green onion and drizzle with hot oil. Tastes great.
