Steamed Yellow Bone Fish

Wash the fresh yellow bone fish, add water, cooking wine, and ginger slices. Wash it after removing the fishy.

Put it in the steaming pan. A pinch of salt and white pepper. Drizzle a little sesame oil to blend.

Chop a little more garlic into garlic paste.

Steam in a pot on boiling water for 15 minutes.

Drain the excess water inside. Top with steamed fish soy sauce and steam for five minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes before eating.
Tips:
Be sure to drain the excess water inside. Otherwise, it will be very fishy.
