Steamed Yellow Croaker with Pickled Peppers

Prepare the small yellow croaker and wash it.

Add cooking wine, ginger and salt.

Code the small yellow croaker into the plate.

Sprinkle with pickled peppers.

Add water to the steamer and put it in the steaming rack.

Steam for fifteen minutes.

Tips:
1. Add salt, cooking wine, and ginger to the small yellow croaker to remove the fishy and taste the fish.
2. With pickled peppers, it is very spicy and appetizing when steamed.
