Yuzi tofu is also known as egg tofu. Yuzi tofu is easy to break up. Generally speaking, if it is too much, it will rot and break. This kind of packaging and steaming can well maintain the original shape of the jade tofu.

Steamed Yuzi Tofu

1. Yuzi tofu fold off the packaging

2. Put it on the plate and steam for 5-8 minutes

3. Chop garlic, carrots and chives and set aside

4. Heat oil in a wok, sauté the carrots and garlic until fragrant
