Step by Step Vegetable Rolls
1.
Spread the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate and put some meat sauce on it.

Shred the cucumber.
3.
Shred carrots.
4.
Shred green onions.
5.
Take a piece of dried tofu and spread it flat.
6.
Top with shredded carrots, cucumbers, and green onions.
7.
Roll into a roll.
8.
Cut into three small pieces.
9.
Make a forty-five degree diagonal cut in the middle.
10.
Serve on the plate.
