Stewed Beef

Wash the beef (soak for about 3 hours to remove blood water).

Cut off the blanching water.

Put the oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger spring onion, pepper, star anise, and cinnamon.

Add the blanched beef and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Bring to a low heat for about 1 hour, turn off the heat and simmer for 4-5 hours.

Bring the simmered beef to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer until the beef is crispy and turn off the heat.
10.
Remove the slices and serve on a plate.
