Stewed Beef

Marinate the steak meat with two teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of white wine, Chinese pepper, pepper noodles, crushed ginger, and green onions for more than half an hour.

Pour the old brine of the meat you used before, a bowl of clear water, and add a large spoonful of premium soy sauce, chili, pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, aniseed, cumin, and a small spoonful of white wine to boil.

Add the marinated steak, green onion and ginger to a boil over high heat, and marinate slowly over low heat.

Cook for about one or two hours, and use chopsticks to poke the steak in.

Remove and let cool slightly.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.

Sprinkle with pepper noodles at the end.
