Stewed Big Bone Soup

Chop the big stick bone into two pieces (you can make the meat seller chop well) and wash with clean water

Cooking wine, sliced ginger, green onion

Boil the bones with cold water in the pot to remove the blood, and rinse off the impurities with cold water repeatedly
