I haven't eaten desserts for a long time. I sorted out the cabinets and found that there were 3 bird's nests. I took them out to stew desserts for my family on weekends, beautify the skin, and supplement high-quality protein. Although the child is young, he also knows that this is a good thing. After I have eaten my own portion, I still have to eat my mommy's. He also said it was delicious and give it to eat. I like stewed food. My husband and children like to add some coconut milk. Each has its own way of eating. The cost of this dessert is high, so I don’t buy it often. I occasionally treat myself to eat it once or twice, so I have to taste it slowly, haha~

Tips:

The bird’s nest is soaked for at least 3 hours, and the feathers and debris can be washed away with running water. A layer of gauze is placed on the bottom of the stew cup to prevent the boiling water from driving the stew cup to make sound and shake. When the water is cold, measure the water in the big pot, then boil it, and then stew the bird’s nest.
