Stewed Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar and Milk

Soak the bird's nest in water to clean it.

Put it into the stewing pot, add pure water without bird's nest, cover the steamer and steam for hours, add a proper amount of rock sugar to continue steaming about 50 minutes in the middle.

Take the stewing pot, pour milk and pitted red dates, soak for 20 minutes, cover the pot and heat it in water for 5 minutes, or heat it in a microwave oven.
4.
Rinse the heated bird's nest and milk together.
