Stewed Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar and Sydney

Soak the bird's nest in advance to pick out the miscellaneous hairs

Wash the pear, cut the top about 1/4 of the pear, and hollow out the core of the pear.

Put the right amount of rock sugar and bird's nest into the pear cup
4.
Cover the top of the pear and put it in the stewing pot.
5.
When the water is boiling, put the pear cup into the pot and simmer for 35 minutes. You can start eating later^_^
