Stewed Bones

Boil the bones in a pot under cold water, then remove them and wash them.

Sliced ginger, smashed garlic
3.
Put the tube bones, ginger slices, garlic, and two dried red peppers into the stewing pot
4.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, a little salt and a little boiling water
5.
Cover the electric pressure cooker and simmer for more than two hours
6.
Finished product
