The scallops I bought a few days ago didn’t finish eating the skirts, so I frozen them. The other day, there was a white cabbage core at home. I took it out and stewed it with cabbage. The soup was delicious and served with rice and noodle All are pretty good. "

3. Add shredded cabbage and stir fry.

4. Stir-fry until the cabbage is slightly soft.

5. Add the skirt and an appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat.

Tips:

I like to add more coriander, if I don’t like it, I don’t need to add it.
