The nutrient-rich Hericium erinaceus is very versatile and burnt with cabbage. Although it is a vegetarian dish, it is very delicious. A very healthy dish.

Stewed Cabbage with Hericium

1. Wash the Hericium erinaceus and soak it in cold water, changing the water in due course

2. Tear the Hericium erinaceus in the soaking into small pieces, boil in a boiling pot, cook for 20 minutes, remove and drain the water

3. Wash the cabbage

4. Tear the cabbage into pieces

5. Start the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan, then stir-fry the Hericium erinaceus, add a little water, cover the pan and cook for a while

6. 3 minutes later, the cabbage will be stir-fried

7. Stir-fry with sugar and continue to burn evenly

8. Cook until the ingredients are 9 minutes cooked, add salt, fry evenly, cover the pot and continue to cook. Cook until the ingredients are cooked and turn off the heat to serve
