Stewed Cabbage with Hericium

Wash and soak the Hericium erinaceus with cold water, changing the water in due course.

Tear the Hericium erinaceus in the soaking hair into small pieces, boil in a boiling pot, boil for 20 minutes, remove and drain the water.

Wash the cabbage.
