Stewed Chicken Soup with Water Chestnuts and Peanuts

Clean up a local chicken

Soak peanuts, wash water chestnuts, smash ginger

Peel the water chestnuts and soak them in salt water

Put the cleaned chicken into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and add water

Add ginger slices

Put in the soaked peanuts

Put in the water chestnuts

Add a little white vinegar and cooking wine

Power on the electric pressure cooker, select the soup program, release the pressure after the end, open the lid, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
Tips:
1. I removed the chicken skin, it won't be greasy;
2. After the chicken is cleaned up, it can be soaked in rice water for half an hour, and then rinsed thoroughly to remove blood.
