Stewed Chicken with Fish Maw

This time I didn't soak overnight, so I soaked it in warm water for two hours in advance.

I won’t talk about the steps for cleaning chestnuts, mushrooms and so on. Everyone knows the steps. Then put it in the stewing pot and leave. (Remember, don't put salt after putting it in.)

Simmer for 2.5 hours. The salt is added to the pot when it is about to start.

Tips:
I personally prefer to stew ordinary chickens like old hens, and black-bone chickens with bamboo strips. Sometimes I don't particularly like it! (I bought those of white fungus today, next time I have to stew it with sugar water!) Stick to stew the flower gum every week, it is much healthier! I wish you all a happy meal!
