Classic Old Hen Soup

Then you can skim off the chicken fat and drink only the clear soup. Because my chicken is so good, I don’t even want to throw away the chicken fat. I didn’t finish the meal, so I used the leftover chicken broth to cook the noodles, even saving oil.
