Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

After the chicken is rinsed, cut off the head and tail and cut into pieces for later use

Soak shiitake mushrooms and wash; red dates and wolfberry, soak in warm water for later use

Pour a sufficient amount of water into the pot, add the chicken nuggets under cold water, and remove the scum after boiling
4.
Add sliced ginger, shiitake mushrooms, red dates and wolfberry, simmer for 1 hour
5.
Put an appropriate amount of salt, out of the pot
Tips:
1. After cutting off the head and tail of the chicken, remove excess fat and lymph
2. If you are using dried shiitake mushrooms, pour the water from the soaking shiitake mushrooms into the soup and cook for a stronger fragrance
