The next day I received the soup treasure, I couldn’t wait to use it for a trial. This time I made the noodle stewed chicken. I used the noodles brought from my hometown and paired it with the special soup treasure for Knorr stew. It's really delicious.
The thick soup bao itself has a strong fragrance, and the use of other spices is a bit redundant, so this dish only uses a few slices of ginger, a few cloves of garlic and a green onion, which is enough.

Stewed Chicken with Rice Noodles

1. Received two boxes of trial!

4. Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for about half an hour (or soak in cold water for 4 hours), cook the rice noodles on the fire, put them in cold water, clean the starch, and drain the water:

5. Chop chicken into small pieces;

6. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces, peel the garlic, and cut the green onion with a knife;

7. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot until the fire, the chicken is cold in the pot, and the blood is removed;

10. Add the sliced ginger and garlic, cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes (pay attention to the stock of soup in the pot);

11. Add the cooked rice noodles and green onions, simmer for 5 minutes, and then serve.

Tips:

1. Because Knorr Stew Special Soup Bao is already fragrant enough, so try not to use other spices, so that you can better taste the taste and sweetness of Knorr Stew Special Soup Bao.
2. According to the ratio of my ingredients, no need to add salt, the saltiness is just right.
