I am used to making breakfast at home, and I always feel that what I cook at home is better than outside, unless I really don’t have time to eat a little bit outside. Breakfast Soup Noodles

1. Prepare all ingredients: rice vermicelli, mushroom meatballs, tomato, pork, enoki mushroom

2. The rice noodles are soaked in warm water to soften, the fat and lean pork are sliced separately, and the lean meat is marinated for a while with a little salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, and starch.

3. Remove the head of the enoki mushroom, clean it and pick it up

4. Peel and slice tomatoes, wash and cut meatballs

5. Put a little oil in a hot pan, add fat and stir fry to get the oil

6. Add tomatoes and stir fry for a while

7. Stir-fry until the sand

8. Add 2-3 bowls of water to boil

9. Pour meatballs

10. Add lean meat

11. Pour in the soaked rice vermicelli and stir-fry evenly

12. Keep the fire high, add enoki mushrooms

13. Add salt

14. Add chicken noodles

15. Add a little sesame oil

16. Add pepper and stir evenly
