Fried Rice Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients, shred the lean meat, cabbage and carrots, blanch the prawns and cut them into sections, and shred the fungus.

Boil the rice noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes, remove and soak in cold water, then drain and set aside. (It is best to use scissors to cut into sections after cooking)
