Ingredients: Hashima, papaya. Seasoning: ginger, rock sugar. Method: 1. Peel and seed the papaya, cut into small pieces for later use. 2. When the snow clams (available in the north and south dry goods stores) are dry, use scissors to cut off the black heads and wash them. 3. Send snow clams. Put an appropriate amount of water and a few slices of ginger in the pressure cooker, then put the snow clams in a stew, cook until the pressure cooker is steaming, and cook for a few more minutes. 4. Put the prepared snow clams, cut papaya, and appropriate amount of rock sugar into a pot over high heat. Add a small amount of cold water to the pot and stir, then simmer for about 5 minutes.
