Stewed Hashima with Papaya

Peel and seed the papaya, cut into small pieces and set aside.

When the snow clams (available in the north and south dry goods stores) are dried, use scissors to cut off the blackheads and wash them.

Haired snow clams. Put an appropriate amount of water and a few slices of ginger in the pressure cooker, then put the snow clams in a stew, cook until the pressure cooker is steaming, and cook for a few more minutes.

Put the prepared snow clams, cut papaya, and appropriate amount of rock sugar in a pot to boil over high heat. In the meantime, add a small amount of cold water to the pot and stir, and then simmer for about 5 minutes.
