Stewed Hashima with Papaya

Wash the papaya and peel it, cut about a quarter, and dice the papaya. Wash the snow clams with soaking hair.

Put the snow clams and papaya rock sugar into the stewing pot and add water.

Stew in water for 2 hours.
Tips:
1. Simmer slowly over low heat.
2. Hashima must be soaked and washed first.
