Stewed Hashima with Papaya

Hashima needs to be prepared one day in advance. Snow clams need to be soaked and removed.

Papaya preparation: Pick the ripe papaya, cut in half and dig the black seeds inside.

Take out the fishy snow clams out of the opened papaya and sprinkle with sugar water (sweetness varies from person to person)

Tips:
Soaking snow clams: add 3 grams of dried snow clams and ginger shreds to a large amount of mineral water and soak in a bowl for 20 hours (mineral water soaking is necessary)
Snow clams to get rid of fishy: After the snow clams are soaked for 24 hours, put the snow clams in the pot, add shredded ginger and a large amount of boiled water, and boil for 5 minutes on high heat.
