Stewed Octopus with Fresh Mushrooms

Wash the hairtail, remove the scales, and cut into sections, add salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

Prepare scallion ginger garlic star anise chili

Take a bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and water to blend into a sauce.

Wash the fresh mushrooms and tear them into small strips.

The marinated octopus is dipped in egg liquid.

Add oil to the pot, heat up and put in the hairtail section.

Fry until golden and remove.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and saute the chives, ginger, garlic, star anise pepper.

Pour in the sauce and bring to a boil.
10.
Put in the fried hairtail section.

Add fresh mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.
12.
Just collect the soup.
Tips:
To add more flavor, the hairtail must be marinated in advance.
