7.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add a pinch of salt. (Just a half scoop of general seasoning) Stir and stir evenly.
10.
Pour in the fried hairtail and flip it gently.
11.
Pour in boiling water (you don't need too much, the tomato will produce water) and light soy sauce, flip gently with a wooden spoon, close the lid, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
12.
Open the lid, the juice is almost collected, turn off the heat.
13.
Plate.
14.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve deliciously.
Tips:
1 The amount of ingredients is adjusted according to your family and food intake. (When picking a hairtail, break off the gills of the hairtail, if it is red, it is fresher)
2 If you don't have a non-stick pan, don't turn the octopus while frying it. Be sure to wait until the octopus is golden. The fried octopus will not break.
3 Because the hairtail itself has some salty taste, it is just right to season with light soy sauce.
4 Adding proper amount of salt to the fried tomatoes is to make the tomatoes taste better.
5 When cooking any dish, add hot water or boiling water in the middle of adding water.
