Stewed Oysters with Sand Tea and Tomatoes

1. Oysters, tomatoes

2. Shacha sauce, black pepper, onion, garlic, red pepper

3. Wash and cut tomatoes

4. Pour oil into the pot and add the chopped green onions, garlic and pepper until fragrant

5. Put the cleaned oysters into the pot and stir fry

6. Pour in the diced tomatoes and continue to fry

7. Add a bowl of water to the pot after sautéing the tomatoes until softened, and add a spoonful of shacha sauce
