Stewed Pomfret Soup

Prepare materials

Cut the fish under the head, then remove the viscera, and wash the pomfret.

Slice garlic, slice green onion.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a saucepan and heat it up.

After the pot is hot, add a soup bowl of water.

Then put all the pomfret, green onion, ginger and garlic, add cooking wine, cover the pot, and simmer.

Tips:
If you like to eat soy sauce, you can reduce the light soy sauce, which tastes good.
Chili is personal and casual, I like a little bit of spiciness in the soup, so I added chili.
