Stewed Pork Trotters with Shiitake Mushrooms

Cut the pig's feet into pieces, wash the dried shiitake mushrooms, soak in warm water, and drain the water

Put the pig's feet in a pot of cold water to boil to remove blood stains and rinse for later use

Put cold oil in a hot pan, add the spices and stir fry until the rock sugar melts

Add in soy bean paste and continue to fry until the aroma

Add pork knuckles and stir fry, then add salt and pepper and continue to stir fry until coated with sauce

Boil beer, add appropriate amount of water, add shiitake mushrooms and transfer to rice cooker. I chose the claypot rice function. The time is about 90 minutes. Please increase or decrease the final time according to your preference for the softness and hardness of the food. Open the lid and collect the juice in the last few minutes.
