Stewed Stinky Tofu

A piece of stinky tofu, originally densely packed with small soft white hyphae, the plastic bag was all knocked off when it was brought back.

Slice, (be careful when cutting, the stinky tofu is very fragile and easily deformed)

Spread one by one on the bowl, using the method of building blocks, don’t stick them all together,

Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil,

Pour in some salt water, (not too salty, lighter)

Sprinkle a layer of chili noodles evenly,

Put the pot on a low heat and steam for about 20 minutes, and sprinkle some chopped green onion after the pot is out.
