Stewed Sydney Pear with Rock Sugar and Wolfberry

Prepare the required ingredients

Wash the pears, peel them and remove the pits. Cut the pears into large slices. Place them in a deep bowl. Add rock sugar and goji berries. Steam them on the pot for about 30 minutes.

Put it in a pressure cooker (for speed, I used a pressure cooker, it can be kept in a normal steamer, the time is a little longer), add appropriate amount of water to the pot, cover with steam and steam for 10-20 minutes
