Stewed Sydney with Lily Rock Sugar

Put the dried lily in cold water one night in advance and let it soak overnight.
Don't pour the water for soaking the lily, pour it into the pot along with the lily, add more water, and then turn to a low heat to boil for 1 to 1 and a half hours.

Add the peeled and diced Sydney pears and cook for 20-30 minutes on medium heat until the pears become transparent.
Then according to personal preference, you can put some rock sugar to taste, and then turn off the heat to eat.
