Stewed Sydney with Tangerine Peel and Rock Sugar

Prepare 1-2 Sydney pears. I used 2 pears. Don't use Fragrant Pear Crown Pears. 5-15 grams of Xinhui tangerine peel. A little rock sugar is enough, because both pears and tangerine peels can cook sweetly. If you have an uncomfortable throat, don't put too much sugar in it, and you will drink more phlegm.
