Stewed Three Silk
1.
Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into thick strips.

Dried tofu is shredded with a knife.
3.
Wash the seaweed shreds that have been soaked in advance.
4.
Heat oil, fry scallions, add cabbage and stir fry.
5.
Then add shredded kelp and dried tofu and stir well.
6.
Add a little soy sauce.
7.
Stir-fry evenly and add appropriate amount of water.
8.
Simmer for 5 minutes, add salt in the middle to taste.
9.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. The kelp silk should be soaked and washed in advance.
2. The simmering time can be cooked with seaweed shreds.
3. Be sure to put less soy sauce.
