This is the most commonly eaten dish in our family in winter. It is cheap and nutritious.

Stewed Tofu with Cabbage and Seaweed

1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the dried kelp in advance

2. Cut the kelp into strips

3. Cabbage cut ribs

4. Cut tofu into 2 cm cubes, mince green onion and ginger

5. Add oil to the pot and heat up, add green onion and ginger until fragrant

6. Add the cabbage strips and stir fry until tender

7. Add water, tofu, kelp and salt

8. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add pepper and monosodium glutamate, and mix well.

Tips:

You can also put a little soy sauce, the color will be darker.
