Stewed Tofu with Fresh Mushrooms

Prepare tofu, fresh mushrooms, and garlic.

Tofu is cut into small pieces; garlic is washed and cut into sections; fresh mushrooms are washed and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan, add 1 teaspoon of salad oil, add tofu and fry.

The tofu is fried until golden on both sides and served.

Pour the remaining oil in the pot with garlic.

Pour in the fried tofu.

Add fresh mushrooms and stir well.

Add Pixian Douban and stir well.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cold water. After the soup is boiling, simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.

Taste it and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
1. Use a little frying and simmering to make it difficult to break and taste easier.
2. If you don't like fresh mushrooms, you can use other ingredients to stew tofu.
3. The bean paste is very salty, I didn't add any additional salt.
