Stewed Tofu with Mushrooms and Grass Fish

Cut the fish into pieces, cut the tofu into pieces, and wash the shiitake mushrooms for later use.

Heat the pan, add some oil, sprinkle some salt, add fish cubes, green onions, and ginger to fry until fragrant. Add shiitake mushrooms and fry for a while, add boiling water, tofu and two fried eggs, adjust the flavor and simmer slowly.

When the tofu is simmering enough to taste, insert cabbage around, sprinkle with pepper and a little sesame oil when the cabbage is cooked.
