Stewed Tofu with Red Pork Belly in Snow

The marinated potherb must be washed and soaked in water to remove the salt, and then cut into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square pieces.

Sliced pork belly.

Heat the pan with oil, add the meat slices and fry until the oil comes out.

Add tofu and stir fry until the tofu changes color.
6.
Add the snow red and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add 200ml of chopped green onion, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, add chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
The potherb must be very salty, so you don’t need to add salt to this dish
