Stewed Turtle with Yam and Longan

Kill the soft-shelled turtle, wash and remove its internal organs; wash ginger; wash lean pork meat; prepare red dates, medlar, yam and dried longan meat for later use;

Cut the lean pork into strips and then cut into small pieces;

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and put the turtle together with the Chinese yam pill, longan meat, red dates, wolfberry, and ginger slices;
5.
Add water to submerge the ingredients;

Boil the water to remove the foam, and simmer for about 2 hours;
7.
Add salt and chicken essence to taste;
Tips:
Turtle must be cleaned of blood stains so as not to affect the taste of the soup.
Longan fleshy heat helps the fire, and should not eat too much.
