Sticky Rice Cake
1.
Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in clean water for 3 to 4 hours. Wash the red beans in a pressure cooker, add sugar, mix well with water, and cook them into honey red beans. During this process, I obviously took pictures, why is it gone? ! Put the soaked glutinous rice, washed jujubes and peanuts in the pot together. Boiling for 20 minutes, take out the peanuts and jujubes. The glutinous rice continues to be steamed. Mix the steamed rice with sugar and set aside. (I also took a picture, but I didn’t find it. I guess it was not saved? Strange)
2.
Washed goji berries spread on the bottom of the bowl
3.
Put a layer of glutinous rice
4.
Flatten the rice
5.
Put a layer of honey red beans
6.
To talk about honey beans, put a layer of rice
7.
Spread the rice flat, put the steamed peanuts, and the other half of the steamed jujube slices (Frankly speaking, I planned to have a layer of jujube, but the steamed jujube is not enough)
8.
Spread peanuts and jujube slices
9.
Put all the remaining rice on and smooth
10.
Put in the steamer
11.
Garnish with jujube slices and goji berries
12.
Bring to a boil, steam for 20 minutes
13.
Change to medium heat for another 20 minutes. If you like honey, pour honey on it when you eat it.
