Stir-fried Baby Dishes with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients: baby cabbage, dace in tempeh (the fish bones have been removed and torn into small pieces).

Wash the baby cabbage.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pick up the pan, pour the oil and heat it up, add the cut baby cabbage and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, stir-fry the dace in tempeh.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
