Stir-fried Baby Vegetables with Mantis Shrimp

Ingredients: baby cabbage.

Mantis shrimp.

Ginger slices.

Cut off the tail and the thorns on both sides and the head of the mantis shrimp.

Cut it in half and set aside.

Wash the baby vegetables and fish out.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Then, add the mantis shrimp, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add the baby cabbage and stir fry until the baby cabbage is broken and the mantis shrimp changes color.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
